?Where can I use Nestlé Waters E-wallet?

You can use Nestlé Waters E-wallet on www.buyonline.nestlewaters.ae as long as you have enough balance. You can also use E-wallet amount to redeem for products and services directly from our delivery or sales team.

?What are the Top-up amounts available?

We have four top-up options to choose from, 100 AED, 150 AED, 200 AED and 500 AED.

?How do I top up my E-wallet account?

Just click on the “Top up” button on top of the home page, choose from the top-up amounts, and check out using your debit or credit card.

?How can I check my balance?

You can view your balance once you log into your account on our website.

?Can I transfer my E-wallet balance to a friend?

It is currently not possible to transfer your E-wallet balance to a friend.

?Is Nestlé Waters E-wallet secure?

Absolutely! We are using a secure payment gateway that ensures security by encrypting data, such as card and bank details provided by the user.

?Will I be notified when my E-wallet balance is low?

Yes. you will receive an SMS when your E-wallet balance is low.

?Can I TOP-UP my E-wallet using E-Wallet balance?

No. E-wallet balance can only be topped up with a credit/debit card payment.
